Dear ADA/RAINBOW:
On behalf of the family I wish to convey our most sincere thanks to those members of your staff who have been helping out and looking after my late father, ‘Charles C.’ over the last few years.
He really needed their help over the last few months, when his health took a turn for the worse, we never expected him to go so quickly.
May the companies and your staff continue to provide this excellent service to the Gibraltar population.
Kind regards

Estimada ADA/RAINBOW:
Estaremos siempre agradecidos especialmente a Raquel y Mari Carmen, Mercy, Inma y muchas otras.
Muchísimas gracias a todos.

Dear ADA
I want to congratulate you on the excellent care you provide for my parents Mr John S. and my mother Mrs Mary Isabel S.
All the girls who visit my parents are exceptional and I can’t praise them highly enough. In particular I would like to thank and praise Cristina Lopez.
Cristina has been attending my parents from the very beginning when they needed extra help as none of us (their children) live in Gibraltar.

I have recently been visiting my parents Mr and Mrs John S.
I would like to tell you of the wonderful care and support that one of the carers who visits them gives. She is Mrs Susana Herrera.
As soon as she enters the door she is all smiles and happiness, a quality so much needed when working in the caring profession.
